Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. always someone there to help because there are so many salesmen on the floor. they have helped with more than many projects of mine and really know their stuff. I love this place. It is indeed the best hardware store in the area. You are greeted at the door when you enter, asked if you need assistance, and personally walked to each item you are looking for. And no need to buy a full package of nuts, bolts, washers, etc. You can purchase one item if you wish.
