Q: Do you repair home windows?
A: No, we can repair the screens if you bring in the frames, or we can build custom frames if you have the dimensions, but we don't sell residential window glass.
Q: Do you cut keys?
A: Absolutely, we cut a lot of keys including home door keys, padlock keys, automotive keys and even many chip keys. Bring in your key and our helpful staff will go over your options.
Q: Is what I see in the store all you have to sell?
A: Absolutely not, we have access to over 800,000 items and we receive multiple shipments each week from our local warehouse. Ask an associate for details on ordering products you want or need, or you can purchase any products at www.AceHardware.com and pick them up here at Kile's Ace Hardware! Same day pickup is available for in stock items!
Q: There is so much in the store, how do I find what I need?
A: Please ask! While you shouldn't have to, because our staff is trained to seek you out and provide assistance, there are times where our staff is helping other customers. Never be afraid to ask a friendly associate for help in locating an item or inquiring about ordering in a special item that we don't carry in stock!
